Malik Crawford, 27, tried to disarm a jailer with his stun gun while returning him to his cell from detention at the Dubuque County Jail. Crawford was controlled by a jailer using a stun gun. Three jailers were slightly injured during the disturbance. 

Crawford is charged with disarming a police officer and interfering with an official act with injury.
