CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
  25 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Illinois and east central and
  northeast Iowa.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
  exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...REST OF THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Wind chill values later tonight will range from 15 below zero to
25 below zero across the outlook area. The coldest wind chills
will be along and north of a line from Cedar Rapids to Clinton to
Mount Carroll Illinois or generally along and north of Highway 30.
A wind chill advisory is effect until 10 AM Tuesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Bitter cold wind chills below zero are expected across the
outlook area each morning this week. Wind chills will drop to as
cold as 25 below zero Tuesday morning along and north of Highway
30.
