A Dubuque officer saw a vehicle with two occupants traveling at a high rate of speed early this around 2:57 a.m. with speeds reaching 103 mph on Dodge Street. The pursuit started near Dodge and Seippel with the officer calling it off at Dodge and University Ave.

Soon after the pursuit, a police officer arrested the two occupants.

The 2nd subject in the vehicle was Naomi Dense, 18, on charges of 1) Drug possession of a controlled substance and 2) Possession of drug paraphernalia, at 1125 Kelly Ln, Dubuque, IA, on 1/27/2023 03:41.Arrest made by Officer WJ Yeo
