James Skeel was arrested at Menards 5300 Westside Drive on Monday. Skeel is charged with third degree theft and shoplifting including a warrant that is out of state and providing false information. 

Police also arrested Rae Haley, 56 and filed charges of 1) Theft 3rd degree – shoplifting , drug possession of a controlled substance.
