December 28th, 2022 DIP News  Romell Enoch, arrested on 1st degree murder charges, arraignment date set for January 9th. Enoch is accused of murdering 20-year-old Kyley Duster in July, who was found dead in her apartment. Enoch remains in the Dubuque County Jail on a million dollar bond.
