34 – year—old Ashley Solan pleaded guilty in Dubuque County District Court to three counts of controlled substance violation. In July 2020, she made three sales to confidential informants.

In February 2021, officers made an arrest during a traffic stop. Solan was wanted on a warrant. During the arrest, officers conducted a search of the vehicle and found cocaine and a scale.

If the judge accepts the plea, an additional charge of substance violation and drug paraphernalia would be dropped from her arrest in February.

She’s facing a sentence of 10 Years and 5 months probation, agreed upon by both councils.

On January 31st, 2023, the sentence will be handed down.
