Dubuque Police arrested Tais John Laida, 33, on charges of 1) Sexual abuse 3rd degree – forcible rape felony and 2) Sexual abuse 3rd—Child victim 1st offense at 1185 Roosevelt St., Monday evening. Laida is accused of assaulting two women and a girl multiple times since 2019 and the fall of 2022.
