Chadwyn Darly Cox, 68, cited on a charge of failure to maintain control at 2201 W 32nd Street 6:45 a.m this morning.
Cox was traveling east on 32nd Street and lost control and struck a vehicle driven by Diane Beecher, 63, of Dubuque. Beecher was transported to hospital and Cox with a possible injury refuse medical attention.
It was noted that weather played a role in this accident.
