26 – year – old MacKenzie Bullock of Dubuque, assaulted Officer Dreyson Robe during a traffic stop. Bullock was observed driving intoxicated on 539 Dodge and Locust Streets early Saturday morning. He’s charged with OWI second offense, first degree harassment and assault on individuals engaged in certain occupations.
