Johnny Web III 20 of Dubuque, was sentenced to 2 years probation for wreckless use of a firearm for causing damage to a home in January 2020. Web decided to plead guilty after his first day of trial Monday In Dubuque District Court and waved plea hearing.

Web was involved in a fight that broke out in the 200 block of Main Street at the Venue that moved to the 1900 Block of Jackson Street. He was identified by surveillance firing a gun. Police found shells and damage to a home.

Police got a search warrant for his phone and found pictures of him in the sweater he was wearing that morning and text messages referring to the fight.
