Challenge to ChangeJoin us if you dare for our Kids Halloween Yoga offering on your day off of school! In this class, yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness + crafts + as we enjoy some Halloween favorites! We invite yogis to express themselves by wearing a Halloween costume!
Ooey Gooey Halloween Party

Halloween is here! It’s time for pumpkin guts, monster stew, and fang-tastic games and activities. Parent/caregiver and child are encouraged to come in their favorite costume!
