Dubuque Police Arrested 43-year-old Robert Woods and charged him with interference with official acts, public intoxication and 5th degree theft.

Dubuque Officers responded to the Lobby of Law enforcement Center Wednesday morning around 5: 00 a.m. A Dispatcher noticed an intoxicated Woods rearranging furniture.

Then he started messing with the flag pole, taking off the base of the pole and left. Officers found Woods in the 1400 block of Central Avenue, and then when attempting to arrest him, he the pulls a knife on them refusing to drop it.
