Dubuque Man Who Was Charged With Sexual Assault Now Charged With kidnapping.

In August, a Dubuque women reported she was sexually assaulted after blacking out. The woman reported that she thought entered an abandoned home, and being sexually assaulted. Video footage from city cameras showed Michael Uhlrich 58, of Dubuque picking the woman up off a city sidewalk walking her down a Dubuque Street.The woman latter picked Uhlrich as the man who assaulted her.

Court records show that he was not charged with his initial charge at the time of arrest of third-degree sexual assault, but instead charged with 1st degree kidnapping Uhlrich is being held on bond in the Dubuque County Jail on a $50,000 bond, and his next court hearing is set for October 3rd.
