Saturday, August 27, 2022 Dubuque Fire & Rescue responded around 11:38 PM to the 301 Bell Street parking ramp for a teenager who fell approximately 20 feet. The female teenager landed feet first on concrete that was witnessed. Dubuque Medic 551 notified Finley Hospital to alert the trauma team.
