In a 3 to 2 vote, the city council decided not to implement a UTV /ATV ordinance

Council member Kiessling moved to adopt Ordinance 3-2022, an ordinance amending Chapter 75 “All-Terrain Vehicles and Snowmobiles” of the Code of Ordinances, City of Asbury until June 27, 2023, sunset. (Second Reading) Seconded by Council member Miller.

Roll-Call Vote: Klinkhammer-nay, Miller-aye, Reisch-nay, Domeyer-nay and Kiessling-aye. Motion failed. (3 nays and 2 ayes) UTV and ATV vehicles will not be allowed in Asbury.
