Dubuque police officers responded to the 2300 Block of Central Avenue for a report of shots fired. At 8:05 P.M, Officers did locate shell casings on W. 23rd Street, by Francis Street and Central Ave. Officers remained on the scene until 206 Friday morning. No other information was available at this time.
Surveillance footage from a nearby residence that captured the incident involving a van that struck the side door of the building.
