A Jury In April found Ryan Devore 37, of Dubuque guilty of sexual abuse of a 12-year-old. Devote was arrested in November 2021
Judge Monica Zryinl Ackley sentenced Devore to 10 years in prison for 3rd sexual abuse.
Devore was staying at the apartment where the assault took place, and he tells the 12-year-not to tell her sister.
