…Strong Winds Today… Southeast winds sustained between 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph are expected this afternoon area-wide. The gusty winds will continue in the counties along and east of the Mississippi River through the evening. The strong winds could blow around loose objects and lead to difficult travel conditions for high profile vehicles, especially on east to west roads.
