Former Dubuque Police Chief Mark Dalsing, 55, died Friday. Mark served more than 3 decades with the police force and was devoted to public service, reducing crime and making Dubuque a safer place.

The funeral will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 21st, at the Church of the Nativity in Dubuque.
