South Grandview Avenue will have the northbound lane closed between Dillon Street and South Hill Street for private sewer and water utility repairs starting 8:00 a.m Thursday April 14 to 5 p.m Friday April 15. Concrete curing may take place in parking lane after construction is complete. Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
