On Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 4:27 am, the Grant County Sheriffs responded to a report of a one car crash on County Road B near Harrison Road in the Township of Harrison. Owen Larsen, age 25 of Platteville, was driving a 2008 Black Ford Focus. Larsen was traveling east on County Road B, when he could not make the curve. Larsen’s car lost control and entered the right side ditch and struck a snow drift, rolled over and came to rest on its roof. The car suffered disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Donnie’s of Dickeyville.

Southwest EMS transported Larsen to Southwest Health Center, where he was treated for minor injuries. Larsen was wearing a seatbelt.

They cited Larsen for operating while intoxicated and speeding.
