On July 25th, 2021, Kylie Duster went missing and her BMW. Social media put out a missing person’s alert and family reported Kylie missing.

At the time of her disappearance, Kylie was in a relationship with a Romell Enoch.

On July 28th, law enforcement continued to her apartment 635 West 11th St. Apartment 4, to conduct a welfare check and find Kylie in a closet with a rage stuffed in her mouth., with abrasions on her face.

A police officer found a roommate, Willie Randle, at the apartment and talked to him. Randal Stated he had not seen Kylie since the 25th of July and get a search warrant and came upon evidence that Romell was there.

On the day after her discovery, Romell Enoch , driving Kylie’s BMW and Citizens, reported its location to police.

Officers recognized the vehicle, and they arrested Enoch for not reporting as a sex offender and other related infractions on July 29. Enoch is now serving 25 years in prison for those crimes.

The Autopsy report shows there were abrasions on her face and that Kylie died of suffocation and was ruled a homicide.

Dubuque Detectives are still investigating and seek the public help. If anyone has information about the death of Kylie, they’re asked to call the Department at 563 -589-4415.
