Loras Boulevard will have a westbound lane closure between Locust Street and Bluff Street for emergency stormwater repair starting 8:00 a.m Monday Nov. 22  to 5 p.m Friday Dec 3. Detour will be in effect.  As of Friday Nov. 19, the westbound lane is restricted to one lane on Loras Boulevard at Locust Street until full closure.
