On Monday, Dubuque Police arrested Codi Demiao 33 of Dubuque at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center.

In August, 33-year-old Codi Demaio was riding a stolen motor motorcycle and went into a ditch on Roosevelt Street.

Demaio was intoxicated at the time of the incident and a blood test show Demaio was twice the limit.

Demaio is charged with theft 1st degree stolen property, probation violation, DWI first offense, driving while barred failure to prove security0 against liability — Accident, and failure to maintain control.
