Street Closure – Fifth Street between Main and Locust Streets Fifth St. will be closed between Main St. and Locust St. on Thursday, November 11th beginning at 6 p.m. and will remain closed until 3 a.m. on Saturday, November 13 due to a City-permitted special event.
