DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 19-year-old Dubuque man was arrested early Saturday morning on one felony and three misdemeanor charges.

Jordan Malik Robinson was taken into custody at 1:52 a.m. on April 18, 2026, at 199 W. 8th Street / Main Street, according to Dubuque police.

He faces the following charges:

• Disorderly Conduct – Fighting/Violent Behavior (misdemeanor)

• Possession of Fictitious License, ID Card or Form (misdemeanor)

• Interference with Official Acts – No Injury/Damage (misdemeanor)

• Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Institution (felony)

The arrest was made by Officer C. Randl. Robinson is being held in the Dubuque County Jail pending an initial court appearance. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
