
DUBUQUE, Iowa — An 18-year-old Dubuque woman was arrested Monday afternoon on one count of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, one count of second-degree harassment, and four counts of probation violation, all misdemeanors.
Callista Lillian-Mae Ryan was taken into custody at 4:49 p.m. April 13, 2026, at 16945 Roosters Ln. by Dubuque County Officer T.J. Boge. The arrest is listed under report AR 2026000992.

Prior Convictions and Probation
Ryan is on 24-month probation from a Dec. 12, 2025, guilty-plea deal in Dubuque County Case 01311 AGCR161627 (State of Iowa vs. Ryan). That case stemmed from an Oct. 6, 2025, incident and included:
• Guilty: Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations (aggravated misdemeanor) – 210 days jail (180 suspended), 24 months probation, $430 fine.
• Guilty: Operating While Under the Influence, 1st Offense (serious misdemeanor) – 365 days jail (335 suspended), 24 months probation, $1,250 fine, license revocation.
Two related counts were dismissed.
Monday’s Court Actions
