MANCHESTER — A 37-year-old Manchester woman was arrested Sunday morning on one felony count of third-degree burglary and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
Celeste Nicole Gavin was taken into custody at 10:31 a.m. at 1225 W. Howard St. on charges of Burglary 3rd Degree (felony), Possession of a Controlled Substance (misdemeanor), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (misdemeanor).
Arresting officer W.J. Ostola placed Gavin under a $15,000 cash or surety bond in the Dubuque County Jail. She remains in custody pending further court proceedings.
