STOCKTON, Ill. — A Stockton man is facing federal drug charges after authorities seized 113.5 grams of methamphetamine from his home in a January raid.
Khristofer E. Blair, 40, of Stockton, was indicted March 24, 2026, in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Western Division) on one count of possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine (docket: USA v. Blair, 3:26-cr-50016). State charges in Jo Daviess County were dismissed April 8, and he was transferred to federal custody.
The seizure happened January 26 at Blair’s residence during a search warrant executed by the Stockton Police Department, Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, Illinois State Police State Line Area Narcotics Team (SLANT), and CIRT Team. Officers also recovered 997 orange pills containing a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and an unidentified white powder. Two other men inside the home were questioned and released.
Under federal law (21 U.S.C. § 841), the charge carries a mandatory minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 40 years for a first-time offender, plus fines up to $5 million and supervised release. The case remains in its early stages.
