DUBUQUE COUNTY, Iowa – The Dubuque County Secondary Roads Department has announced a scheduled construction project for a culvert replacement on Colony Rd. Motorists should anticipate a brief disruption during the morning hours of Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

The construction is classified as a road open project, meaning that while work will be actively underway, the roadway is expected to remain accessible to traffic. However, travelers may experience minor delays and are advised to exercise caution when driving through the work zone.
