Dubuque, Iowa — Kasai Alexander Roach, 23, was arrested Saturday afternoon at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, 770 Iowa St.
Roach faces three misdemeanor charges:
• Possession of a Controlled Substance — Marijuana, 1st Offense
• Persons Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons
• Operating While Intoxicated (OWI), 1st Offense
The arrest occurred at approximately 4:00 p.m. on March 28, 2026. Officer B. Ohnesorge is listed as the arresting officer.
