The City of Dubuque’s odd/even snow route parking policy will be in effect on Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20, to enable curb-to-curb plowing and removal of snow piles as needed along the designated route. The only streets affected are those identified with snow route signs, which include the times that parking is restricted.

Parking will NOT be allowed on the odd-numbered side of the streets on Thursday and parking will NOT be allowed on the even-numbered side on Friday. The policy’s parking restrictions will be enforced during the entire posted and declared period, with no allowance for parking prior to the end of the posted time period or after a perceived plow pass. Vehicles violating the restrictions will be ticketed and fined $50. Vehicles which are in violation of the policy and also present a hazard will be towed at the owner’s expense. A video with additional details about the policy is also available
