DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Dubuque Police Department has posted two new cases to its “ID4PD” online platform and is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the subjects involved.

The initiative, which allows the public to view images or video related to ongoing investigations, features one individual suspected of a theft and another who is a person of interest in a separate matter.

The first case (2025-008505) involves a theft that allegedly occurred on November 30, 2025. The subject in the posted media is sought for questioning in connection with the incident.

The second case (2025-009220) involves an individual classified as a person of interest in an investigation from December 28, 2025. Police are looking to identify and speak with this individual.

Authorities are urging anyone who recognizes either subject or has information about these cases to submit a tip anonymously through the official city website. Tips can be submitted at http://www.cityofdubuque.org/ID4PD.

The police department emphasizes that, as with all criminal cases, the allegations and any individuals shown are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
