DUBUQUE, IA – January 19, 2026 – Sean Michael Soler, 28, was arrested early Monday morning on a felony charge of Willful Injury – Causing Serious Injury.

The arrest occurred at 2:55 a.m. at 1121 University Ave, according to Dubuque Police Department records.

Soler faces one count in case 01311 FECR162816. A no-contact order was issued, and an initial appearance hearing was scheduled for the same day. A preliminary hearing is set for February 4, 2026, at 10:50 a.m., with bond set at $10,000 unsecured (10% cash).
