DUBUQUE, Iowa — Parker James Niedo, 25, was arrested Sunday morning on a felony probation violation.

Officers took Niedo into custody at 10:53 a.m. at 2284 Jackson St. The arresting officer was by B. Barbour.

Niedo had been on probation for child endangerment causing injury, an offense from August 2024?for which he was sentenced in January 2025.to two years probation.

Court records show a probation revocation was filed January 15, 2026, the same day Judge Michael J. Shubatt ordered a bench warrant .
