Suspect Flees After Vehicle Rollover in Dubuque

DUBUQUE, Iowa – On Friday, October 24, 2025, at approximately 11:56 PM, a Black male suspect, believed to be intoxicated, was involved in a vehicle rollover accident in the 1600 block of Asbury Road, in front of Beecher’s Ice Cream. According to authorities, the suspect’s vehicle struck another car before overturning.

Bystanders attempted to assist the suspect in exiting his vehicle following the crash. However, the suspect fled the scene on foot, heading toward Dubuque Senior High School. Police are actively searching the area for the individual.
