DUBUQUE, IA – On September 17, 2025, at 2:20 PM, Saphire Ann-Marie Lanhart, a 28-year-old white female, was arrested at 770 Iowa Street in Dubuque, Iowa, on 14 counts of probation violation. The charges include nine felony probation violations and five misdemeanor probation violations.
The arrest followed the issuance of a public/bench warrant by Judge Monica L. Zrinyi Ackley on September 15, 2025, with a copy sent to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office. An earlier bench warrant was issued by Judge Michael J. Shubatt on July 29, 2025, also with a copy to the Sheriff’s Office.
Lanhart remains in custody pending further court proceedings.
