Dubuque police officers responded to a bull that was out of control in the parking lot of the south Locust Hy-Vee on Friday night. Upon arrival, they requested backup. The bull was apprehended and charged with eluding and resisting arrest. The bull is currently being held at the Dubuque law enforcement center for a steak dinner.
