DUBUQUE, IA – Today at approximately 4:40 AM, 18-year-old John Doug Truly III was arrested at 770 Iowa Street in Dubuque, Iowa, facing serious charges stemming from an alleged violent incident. The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department, with Officer C.R. Curoe leading the arrest, charged Truly with one felony count of Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury, alongside two misdemeanor counts: Disorderly Conduct Involving Fighting or Violent Behavior and Participation in a Riot.
