DUBUQUE, Iowa — On June 19, 2025, at approximately 8:18 a.m., Tyshon Dequan Terry, a 24-year-old male, was arrested at 2123 Central Ave., Dubuque, by local law enforcement. Terry faces charges of first-degree harassment, first-degree burglary, fifth-degree theft from a building, and public intoxication, all classified as misdemeanors except for the felony burglary charge.

According to authorities, Terry allegedly unlawfully entered a structure with intent to commit a crime, engaged in harassing behavior, pulling a knife on someone and stole property from a building, and was found intoxicated in a public place. He is currently awaiting court proceedings with a hearing scheduled for June 20, 2025. Bond has been set at $2,000 for harassment, $10,000 for burglary, $300 for theft, and $300 for public intoxication, all requiring cash payment.

Terry remains in custody pending his court appearance. Further details of the incident have not been released as the investigation continues.
