DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA – Starting Monday, June 23, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., Graf Road will be closed for a culvert replacement and extension project, weather permitting. The 1.16-mile stretch from Asbury Road to Potter Hill Road will be fully closed at the work zones for an estimated 3-4 weeks.

Contractor Top Grade Excavating will remove and replace old culverts along the road. The closure is necessary to ensure safety during construction. Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes and expect delays. Updates on the project’s progress will be provided as needed, pending weather conditions.
