
DUBUQUE, IA — The Dubuque Police Department has released its Monthly Activity Report for May 2025, detailing the department’s operational statistics for the month. The report highlights a busy period with a significant number of calls and enforcement actions.
According to the report, officers responded to 3,199 calls for service throughout May, reflecting the department’s active engagement with the community. Law enforcement efforts resulted in 239 arrests, which include both custodial and non-custodial bookings, alongside 97 warrants served. Additionally, officers issued 491 citations and made 23 arrests related to Operating While Intoxicated (OWI).
The Dubuque Police Department emphasized that the inclusion of an individual in the arrest or citation statistics does not infer or imply guilt.
