Dubuque, IA – On the morning of April 30, 2025, at approximately 7:16 a.m., local law enforcement apprehended Benigno Meza-Meza, a 33-year-old male, near the intersection of 1218 Dodge Street and the Bryant Street exit/entrance. The arrest was conducted by Officer M.J. Portz following a series of alleged offenses.
