DUBUQUE, IA – On April 12, 2025, at approximately 12:43 a.m., Kenneth Rashod Wilson, a 29-year-old man, was arrested at 1673 Hickson Ave, Dubuque, following a reported altercation. Wilson faces charges of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon (misdemeanor), domestic abuse assault – simple (misdemeanor), harassment in the first degree (misdemeanor), and child endangerment (misdemeanor).
Dubuque Police Department, officers responded to a disturbance call at the residence, where Rashod was taken into custody without incident.
Wilson is currently being held on a$ 2000 cash bond at the Dubuque County Jail, awaiting a court appearance.
