Dubuque, IA – April 3, 2025 – The Dubuque Police Department arrested two individuals on multiple charges early this morning at a residence located at 100 Bryant Street. Cherie Mae Ivanov, a 48-year-old female, and Lawrence Michael Whitcher, a 56-year-old male, were taken into custody following an incident that occurred at approximately 1:35 AM.

According to police records, Ivanov was arrested on charges of:

• Theft 5th Degree – All Other Larceny (Misdemeanor)
• Criminal Trespass (Misdemeanor)
• Warrant Out Of State (Misdemeanor)
  Whitcher was arrested on charges of:
• Theft 5th Degree – All Other Larceny (Misdemeanor)
• Criminal Trespass (Misdemeanor)
• Failure To Appear-non Felony Arr(serious) (Misdemeanor)
