In the early hours of January 7, 2025, Dubuque police made two arrests in connection with charges of neglect or abandonment of a dependent person. At 2:14 a.m., Isabel Ann Gonzalez, 26, was detained at 3230 Getty Terrace. She faces charges for neglect or abandonment of a dependent person and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest was carried out by Officer B.M. Neyen, and the case has been registered under AR 2025000133.

Shortly after, at 2:17 a.m., Joseph Aaron Larson, 27, was also arrested at the same location. Larson is facing similar charges, including possession of drug paraphernalia and neglect or abandonment of a dependent person. Officer D. Brant was responsible for Larson’s arrest, which is also part of case AR 2025000133.
