Dubuque, IA – On November 10, 2024, two women were arrested in connection with shoplifting incidents at Dubuque Walmart Supercenter on Dodge Street.
Samantha Caprice Washington, 21, was taken into custody at 2:14 PM. She faces charges of Theft in the 5th Degree and Probation Violation. The arrest was made by Officer S.J. Koch, and the case is recorded under AR 2024008094.
Shortly before Washington’s arrest, Coriana Myeisha Smith, 20, was also apprehended at the same location at 1:56 PM. Smith is charged with Theft in the 5th Degree.
