According to witnesses, a motor vehicle accident occurred in the 1400 block of Rhomberg Avenue. Photos and videos were sent in to us, showing a vehicle with its tires off in the middle of the street. It is unclear at this time what caused the accident, but it appears that there was significant damage to the vehicle. The police are on the scene currently investigating the incident.
