Tanner Ruble, a 26-year-old from Dubuque, has been given a 57-month prison sentence and three years of probation by the Federal Court of the Northern District of Iowa after admitting to possessing a gun as a felon and taking a plea deal. He cannot serve probation in federal prison system.
