The individual, Murphy, Jacquese Trayvon, is facing several charges of probation violation, failure to appear for a felony arraignment, and probation violation. At approximately 14:09, Jacquese Trayvon Murphy, a 29-year-old Black male, was arrested at 12573 English Mill Rd, Dubuque, IA. He is facing charges for 1) Simple Domestic Abuse Assault, 2) Operating a Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent, and 3) Eluding a Speed Limit exceeding 25 over the limit.”

According to our sources, he was traveling westbound on Highway 20 when he blew through several red lights at a high rate of speed, nearly hitting other vehicles, on the road. Later, he was stopped by spike strips and his tires were deflated.

The suspect was apprehended by law enforcement and taken into custody.
